Knock Yard — Kullanım Koşulları
Bu koşullar, Türkiye'de bireysel bir geliştirici olan Onirist Game'in ("biz") yayımladığı Android oyunu Knock Yard'ı ("oyun") kullanımınızı düzenler. Oyunu indirerek ya da oynayarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Hangi bilgileri nasıl kullandığımızı Gizlilik Politikamız anlatır.
Kimler oynayabilir
Oyun 13 yaş ve üzeri oyuncular içindir; çocuklara yönelik değildir. 18 yaşından küçükseniz satın alma yapmadan önce ebeveyninizin ya da vasinizin iznini alın.
Hesabınız
Oyunda ayrı bir hesap açılmaz; hesabınız telefonunuzdaki Google Play Oyunlar kimliğinizdir. İlerlemeniz bu kimliğe bağlı olarak saklanır. Hesabınızın ve sunucudaki verilerinizin silinmesini oyunun Ayarlar ekranından ya da support@onirist.app adresine yazarak isteyebilirsiniz. Silinen ilerleme ve oyun içi öğeler geri getirilemez.
Satın almalar ve sanal öğeler
Oyun ücretsizdir; isteğe bağlı oyun içi satın almalar içerir. Satın almalar Google Play üzerinden yapılır; ödeme, iptal ve iadelerde Google Play'in koşulları ve iade politikası geçerlidir. Para paketleri gibi tüketilebilir ürünler oyunda kullandıkça biter; "Reklamsız" ya da reklamları kalıcı olarak da kaldıran "Kraliyet Serveti" gibi kalıcı haklar oyuncu hesabınıza bağlanır. Tek seferlik teklifler (ör. "Hoş Geldin Teklifi") bir kez alınabilir. İade edilen ya da iptal edilen bir satın almanın sağladığı kalıcı hak (ör. reklamsızlık) geri alınır.
Oyun içi para ve diğer sanal öğeler yalnızca oyun içinde kullanılabilen bir kullanım hakkıdır: gerçek dünyada parasal değeri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez, başkasına devredilemez ve satılamaz.
Reklamlar
Oyun, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir. Gerekli bölgelerde reklam için izniniz ilk açılışta sorulur ve daha sonra Ayarlar ekranından değiştirilebilir. Bazı reklamlar isteğe bağlıdır ve izlediğinizde oyun içi ödül verir; o an reklam bulunamazsa ödül verilemeyebilir.
Liderlik tablosu ve oyuncu adları
Seçtiğiniz oyuncu adı liderlik tablosunda diğer oyunculara görünür. Adınız hakaret, küfür ya da nefret söylemi içeremez, başka bir kişiyi ya da kurumu taklit edemez ve kişisel bilgi (gerçek ad-soyad, telefon, adres, e-posta gibi) içeremez. Adlar otomatik olarak süzülür; bu kurallara uymayan adları değiştirebilir ya da liderlik tablosundan kaldırabiliriz.
Adil oyun
Oyunu kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla oynayabilirsiniz. Hile yapmak; oyunu ya da kayıt dosyasını değiştirmek; hata veya açıklardan yararlanmak; sunucuya otomatik ya da sahte istek göndermek yasaktır. Bunları fark edersek ilgili skorları sıfırlayabilir, liderlik tablosundan kaldırabilir ya da çevrimiçi özelliklere erişimi kısıtlayabiliriz.
Hizmetin sunulması
Oyun ve içeriği "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Oyunun ya da sunucunun her zaman kesintisiz ve hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Oyunu, özelliklerini ve içeriğini güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz. Çevrimiçi hizmet (bulut kayıt, liderlik tablosu) sona ererse oyun, mümkün olduğu ölçüde telefonunuzda çevrimdışı oynanmaya devam eder.
Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Türk hukukunun izin verdiği ölçüde, oyunun kullanımından ya da kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı zararlardan, veri veya ilerleme kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Kanunen sınırlanamayan sorumluluklar (ör. kast ve ağır kusur) bu sınırlamanın dışındadır.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici olarak 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve ilgili mevzuattan doğan haklarınız saklıdır; bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm bu hakları kısıtlamaz.
Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Bu koşullar değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve yürürlük tarihi değişir. Değişiklikten sonra oyunu kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Sorularınız için: support@onirist.app.
Knock Yard — Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Android game Knock Yard ("the game"), published by Onirist Game ("we"), an individual developer based in Türkiye. By downloading or playing the game you accept these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we use and how.
Who can play
The game is for players aged 13 and over; it is not directed at children. If you are under 18, get permission from a parent or guardian before making a purchase.
Your account
The game has no separate account; your account is the Google Play Games identity on your device. Your progress is stored linked to this identity. You can ask for your account and your server data to be deleted from the game's Settings screen or by writing to support@onirist.app. Deleted progress and in-game items cannot be restored.
Purchases and virtual items
The game is free to play and offers optional in-app purchases. Purchases are made through Google Play; Google Play's terms and refund policy apply to payments, cancellations and refunds. Consumable products such as coin packs are used up as you spend them in the game; permanent entitlements such as "No Ads", or "Royal Fortune", which also removes ads permanently, are linked to your player account. One-time offers (e.g. "Welcome Offer") can be bought only once. A permanent entitlement (e.g. ad removal) granted by a purchase that is refunded or cancelled is withdrawn.
In-game coins and other virtual items are a licence to use them inside the game only: they have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold.
Advertising
The game shows ads through Google AdMob. Where required, you are asked for consent to ads on first launch and can change your choice later in the Settings screen. Some ads are optional and give an in-game reward when watched; if no ad is available at that moment, the reward may not be given.
Leaderboard and player names
The player name you choose is visible to other players on the leaderboard. Your name must not be offensive, abusive or hateful, must not impersonate another person or organisation, and must not contain personal information (such as a full real name, phone number, address or email). Names are filtered automatically; we may rename names that break these rules or remove them from the leaderboard.
Fair play
You may play the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. Cheating, modifying the game or its save data, exploiting bugs or loopholes, and sending automated or fake requests to our server are not allowed. If we detect this, we may reset the affected scores, remove them from the leaderboard or restrict access to online features.
Availability of the service
The game and its content are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the game or the server will always be available or free of errors. We may update, change or discontinue the game, its features and its content. If the online service (cloud save, leaderboard) ends, the game will keep working offline on your device where possible.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Turkish law, we are not liable for indirect damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from the use of or inability to use the game. Liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for intent or gross negligence) is not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your rights as a consumer under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and related legislation are preserved; nothing in these terms limits them.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, this page is updated along with its effective date. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions: support@onirist.app.
